Gold for Pelican Fish & Chip Restaurant

The Pelican isn't just any Fish and Chip Restaurant... It's a Taste of the West GOLD 2017 Fish and Chip Restaurant... 

Back in July, unbeknown to Pelican staff, a mystery shopper visited Pelican restaurant. 

After a meal of chips made from Braunton potatoes, fresh catch of the day from Brixham fish market, local southwest crab cakes, Janet Verney's Molton Ice - ice cream and elderflower sorbet, Mario's apple pie, Pelican Ale and a Luscombe's organic fruit drink - it was no surprise that they struck GOLD! 

Everyone at the Pelican, staff and customers, are absolutely thrilled to have received this new awarding status and now have yet another certificate to add to their achievements.
