We are absolutely thrilled to announce a brand new collaboration for Horizons restaurant on Thursday 25th May. We are joining forces with Michael Wignall, executive chef at Gidleigh Park to create a night to remember.

From a childhood filled with new flavours and handmade food to a professional career spanning Michelin-starred restaurants around the country, Michael Wignall’s efforts were wholeheartedly recognised at the two-Michelin-starred Latymer. In January 2016 he left to take the reins at Gidleigh Park, where he continues to showcase his incredible cuisine.

Michael believes it is incredibly important to put time and effort into training younger chefs and he will often push them to come up with their own dishes using just five ingredients to stimulate their creativity. Michael will be working with Horizons students to create a 7 course tasting menu.
