The Bear and Blacksmith at Salcombe Crab Festival
Head Chef and Landlord of The Bear and Blacksmith in Chillington, Malcolm Church, is teaming up with Jamie Rogers of Twenty Seven to give a cookery demonstration at Salcombe Crab Festival on Sunday 5th May.
They will be showcasing two recipes featuring locally caught fillet of lemon sole, Salcombe crab and The Bear and Blacksmith Farm's home-reared lamb.
The pair will be first onstage in the Chefs' Demonstration Tent in Creek Car Park, Salcombe, shortly after BBC One's Saturday Kitchen presenter, Matt Tebbutt, opens the festival at 10am.
