I set up my company Boo to a Goose to provide a bespoke chef service like no other; incorporating both bespoke wedding cakes and luxury fine dining. My specialist private chef service is based in a modern kitchen outside Tavistock in Devon. In 2011 I attended Le Cordon Bleu in London, studying both cuisine and pastry . This training has given me a tremendous depth of knowledge and understanding of the culinary arts; enabling me to carry out a fine dining service that the most discerning of customers relish and enjoy.

Whether you need a wedding cake, a private dinner party, canapés or a private chef for your weekend in a holiday cottage – I’m your girl!

I can create bespoke menus and dishes for you and your guests and am experienced in providing for varying dietary requirements.  Including gluten free wedding cakes or dairy free desserts. Welcome to Cook & Capture. Together with photographer Clare Kinchin, we cook, curate, style and photograph your delicious food, providing you with beautiful images to inspire your customers and showcase your products at their very best.

At a time when social media dominates our marketing strategy, it is essential that you have quality images of your products to capture the attention of buyers and stand out from the crowd. To get such images companies such as yourselves are routinely having to find a chef, stylist, photographer, props and a studio; but not any more! Cook & Capture will do it all. You send us the products you want to showcase and we send you an album of beautiful pictures.  Our product shoots take place in the Cook & Capture kitchen and studio based in Devon, you can courier your products to us for shooting or we can even come to you.
