A great twist on a classic drink from Devon Rum Company
- 50ml of Devon Rum Co Spiced Rum
- 2 tsp of raw sugar – (demerara or brown will also do)
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- ½ fresh lime
- 100 ml of soda water
Put the mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a tall glass, squeeze in the juice from the lime, then muddle all the ingredients together to release the flavours. Pour in the rum, fill the glass with ice, then top up with soda water, garnish with lime and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
