Dulse & Banana Smoothie
Dulse & Banana Smoothie to kick start your new health regime incorporating seaweed
- 1 banana
- 100ml natural yogurt
- 2g flaked dulse seaweed (Dulse is purple/red and an excellent source of plant protein)
- Several blueberries optional
Simply place ingredients in a blender with some water or ice (depending on the required thickness of smoothie) blitz and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
