Dulse & Banana Smoothie

Dulse & Banana Smoothie to kick start your new health regime incorporating seaweed

What You Need: 
  • 1 banana
  • 100ml natural yogurt
  • 2g flaked dulse seaweed (Dulse is purple/red and an excellent source of plant protein)
  • Several blueberries optional
What You Do: 

Simply place ingredients in a blender with some water or ice (depending on the required thickness of smoothie) blitz and pour into a glass.  Enjoy!
