The Burns Night Supper
Burns Night is a celebration of the life of Robert Burns, a famous Scottish poet and lyricist. You've probably sung his rather well-known lyrics in the song, Auld Lang Syne.
Traditionally, on the evening of January 25th, people gather around a table full of haggis, neeps & tatties quoting his poems with whiskey in hand.
