The Burns Night Supper

Burns Night is a celebration of the life of Robert Burns, a famous Scottish poet and lyricist. You've probably sung his rather well-known lyrics in the song, Auld Lang Syne.

Traditionally, on the evening of January 25th, people gather around a table full of haggis, neeps & tatties quoting his poems with whiskey in hand.

Eversfield Organic have 3 slightly untraditional recipes to make your burns night special. All you'll need is the whiskey.

Potato Scones (Farls)

Homemade Scottish farls with asparagus, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Serve with Scottish smoked salmon for a delicious brunch.
