Sticky Chicken Legs

A 'finger licking' quick and easy recipe

What You Need: 

chicken legs 550g, organic chicken thighs and drumsticks 550g

3 tbsp Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Honey

2 x Crushed Garlic Cloves

1 tbsp of Coconut oil (melted)

What You Do: 

Pre heat oven to 180°C

Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl so that the chicken legs or thighs and drumsticks are completely covered. Remove the chicken portions and place in an oven proof dish. Pour the rest of the sauce from the bowl over the legs. Place in the oven for at least 1 hour or until the sauce has caramelised.
