Christmas in a Glass

What You Need: 
  • 35ml Gin
  • 15ml Sloe Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 5ml Spiced Syrup*
  • Top up with 50ml Cranberry Crush

*2 cups of caster sugar, one cup of water, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, 3 cloves


  • Sprig of mint
  • Redcurrants
  • Icing Sugar


What You Do: 

To make spiced syrup:

  1. Place everything into a pan, and place it on medium heat, keep stirring until the sugar dissolves
  2. Bring it up to the boil, remove from heat
  3. Cover with cling film and leave to cool

Bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks. 

To make cocktail

  1. Add crushed ice to your glass of choice
  2. Add gin, sloe gin, lemon juice and homemade spiced syrup and stir
  3. Top up with Cranberry Crush
  4. Garnish with mint & redcurrants, dust with icing sugar
