Christmas Comet Cocktail

This delightfully refreshing gin cocktail showcases Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’. It’s easy to recreate at home and the perfect tipple for a celebratory drink during the festive season.

What You Need: 
  • 35ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
  • 15ml Chambord
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml vanilla sugar syrup
  • Angostura bitters
  • 3 raspberries
  • Fever-Tree soda water
What You Do: 
  1. In a Boston shaker simply muddle together 3 raspberries, with the Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’, Chambord, lemon juice, vanilla sugar syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters.
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a Champagne flute, top up with soda water and garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the side of the glass.
