The Pennant Martini
Named after Salcombe Gin’s iconic label and gin pennant; a flag flown by sailors as a symbol of hospitality.
What You Need:
- 50ml Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’
- 10ml Knightor Dry Vermouth
What You Do:
- Place lots of ice into a mixing glass and add the gin and vermouth.
- Using a bar spoon, stir gently for 30 seconds.
- Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a red grapefruit peel twist.
