The Pennant Martini

Named after Salcombe Gin’s iconic label and gin pennant; a flag flown by sailors as a symbol of hospitality. 

What You Need: 
  • 50ml Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’
  • 10ml Knightor Dry Vermouth
  • Ice
What You Do: 
  1. Place lots of ice into a mixing glass and add the gin and vermouth.
  2. Using a bar spoon, stir gently for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a red grapefruit peel twist.
