What You Need:
- 50ml Salcombe Rum ‘Wolf Rock’
- Twist of Lime
- Angostura Bitters
- Topped up with Ginger Ale
What You Do:
- Fill a high ball glass with ice. Add ‘Wolf Rock’ and a squeeze of lime, top up with Ginger Ale. Add two dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a twist of lime peel.
