From dock to dish: The Salutation Inn launches ‘Seafood Summer Nights’
Experience the Devon coast with a limited-edition seafood menu available Tuesday to Thursday evenings in August.
For three nights a week starting from Tuesday 6th August, The Salutation Inn in coastal Topsham, will be showcasing seafood dishes from the River Exe estuary. Featuring rainbow trout, Ladram Bay crab and lobster and sea vegetables. Expect fresh produce with a skilled, light touch.
For starters, guests will be able to choose items such as Lyme Bay crab, pea and mint salad, and local chowder.
Main picks include River Exe moules mariniere and a hot and cold local fish platter for two.
The team are on hand to recommend light and refreshing wines that pair perfectly with fresh fish. Dine in their light and airy GlassHouse, or al fresco in the courtyard.
Seafood Summer Nights will be available from Tuesday to Thursdays in August, alongside their 4, 6 and 8 course tasting evening menus.
