Salutation Inn Ushers in Spring with New ‘Spring Suppers’ menu

Topsham hotel and restaurant, The Salutation Inn, unveiled a new, limited time ‘Spring Suppers’ menu just in time for summer. Inspired by the fresh herbs growing outside The Salutation’s kitchen, colourful dishes like tomato and basil arancini with basil foam star on the seasonal menu. 

Guests can choose two courses for £29.50, or three courses for £34.50, available between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

For starters, guests will be able to choose items like heritage carrot terrine with pickled carrot.

Main picks include Somerset rainbow trout, braised fennel, samphire and crab bisque.

Food lovers looking for a well-crafted dinner will love this great offer for May. Dine in their light and airy GlassHouse, or al fresco in the courtyard.
