Introducing Elderflower Chilli Jelly - The Taste of Summer

South Devon Chilli Farm is proud to unveil the return of its Elderflower Chilli Jelly, following popular demand from its fans.

This versatile chilli jelly with an English classic twist, goes equally well with cheese or hot and cold meats. 

Inspired by summer fragrances, the subtle floral notes of the elderflower infuse the apple based jelly to make the perfect backdrop for some Devon grown chilli heat.

Created on their farm with just apples, elderflowers, lemon juice, their own Devon grown chillies and sugar, this naturally set jelly plays perfectly to the palate of today’s consumers who are seeking interesting flavour combinations. 

“With the start of summer truly upon us, demand for this unique jelly has soared, so we could not resist bringing it back.” said Steve Waters, founder. “Presented in a bigger jar with a fresh new look, we feel this will represent even better value and will become a favourite for al fresco lunches, picnics and cheeseboards. Responding to current consumer dietary needs, this jelly is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is also gluten free with no artificial ingredients.

For a special treat, a teaspoon of this jelly can be also enjoyed on ice cream or cheesecake. Alternatively, it can be mixed with peanut butter for a great sandwich filling or toast topping.
