Here in our kitchen we create dishes inspired by the nature that surrounds us and a passion for the local area. With over 15 years chef experience, Head Chef Aaron Vanstone runs the kitchen and lets local quality ingredients take centre stage in his modern approach to British and French classical fine dining cuisine.
