Indulge in an evening of exclusive dining with Boringdon Hall's Head Chef Scott Paton with each course paired with exceptional Salcombe Gin cocktails.

Aerated Vulscombe goats cheese, pickled beetroots, gingerbread and elder flower

Confit duck terrine, spiced orange and chicory marmalade

Brixham crab salad, curried emulsion, mango and lime

Roast fillet of beef with wild mushrooms, tarragon and oxtail

“Rutaceae” ruby grapefruit mousse and gin sorbet
