Good Game Charcuterie are a team of Steve, Sonny, James, Mike & Dona and we produce fine quality Devon Made Cured Meats and condiments, which we sell at local markets, food festivals and also to restaurants and farm shops.
We are very pleased to support other local producers and farmers, making sure we only use native breed animals that have lived a good life in the outdoors. Our game is either shot by us or by local Devon folk we know work to a high standard of animal welfare. The Beef is from only Grass Fed Devon Ruby or Devon Wagyu Cows. Our pork is from local Devon free range pigs.
From our small charcuterie room within our Topsham based restaurant the South West Pizza Company, we use traditional simple methods to make great food. We look to the Italians and Spanish for inspiration and use more natural methods, but always buy from local farms.
We stock a range of award winning Chorizo’s, Salami’s, Bresaola, Coppa, Guanciale, Pancetta and more. We also produce our own Dry Aged Devon Ruby Chuck Steak Burgers & Wild Shot Devon Venison Burgers, a range of Sausages & Bacon for when we take Good Game Grill onto the road and do Street Food Pop Up pitches, all served with our own pickled slaws and gherkins. We are Devon Made and have been raising the game in British Charcuterie since 2013. This is our 10th Year in the Game!

We have a small 'shop' or retail area within SWPC. Hours of the restaurant opening are:
